You can follow these step-by-step instructions to make an order from our cosplay store. Click "Create account" or "Register" to Register with sellcosplay.com for free. Search for or browse the products, fill in the numbers it requires and click "Add to cart". Checkout your products and check your delivery information and choose shipping methods.

Please do not try to place orders by email,fax,or phone except some special occasions,our online register system is very easy and you can place an order immediately after your register.Anyproducts you choose to put in your cosplay sale online cart will remail there until you remove them or check them out.
6.How to track the status of the order after payment?
We would sent our customers several emails during the process of purhcase, for example, a confirming email and emails to tell our customers the tracking number and other status. You can also log in to check all of your orders.
7. How can I cancel an order?  Top
There are a few situations for canceling orders. Cancel Your Order Before Payment If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order. Cancel Your Order After Payment All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge. Change Your Order After Payment Please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes. To add Items to your order without canceling any previous items, contact us. There is no charge for this service. Note: If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order. See returns and refund policy.
